  32. Any questions about the status of the shipment of the order, 
  33. refunds, registration options, product details, technical
  34. support, volume discounts, dealer pricing, site licenses,
  35. non-credit card orders, etc, must be directed to Universal
  36. Networks.

  38. Purchase Orders
  39. ===============
  40. Universal Networks usually does not accept net 30 days purchase
  41. orders, except those from government, accredited educational
  42. institutions and major corporations.  Purchase Orders must be
  43. submitted on purchase order forms with a purchase order number.
  44. Please be sure to include this registration form with the
  45. purchase order.  Due to the extra work involved in processing
  46. purchase orders you are encouraged to order by sending a check
  47. or using a credit card.

  49. Price List and Volume Discount

  51. The price for each Universal XTACACS Server registration is US$75.
  52. For volume purchase within a single transaction, the following
  53. volume discount rates apply.

  56.     The 2nd to 5th copies               US$60 each
  57.     The 6th to 20th copies              US$45 each 
  58.     The 6th to 99th copies              US$35 each
  59.     The 100th copies and above          US$25 each

  61. What Happens When You Register
  62. ==============================
  63. When payment is received, Universal Networks will send you a
  64. license with a registration number and a registration checksum.
  65. You can then input the registration name, registration number
  66. and registration checksum into the software to register it.
  67. The software, upon entering the registration information,
  68. will automatically upgrade itself to the registered version.  You
  69. are only allowed to register one copy of the software for each
  70. registration number. Each registered copy of Universal XTACACS
  71. Server software must have a unique registration number.

  73. Normally, no diskette nor hard copy documentation will be sent.
  74. The only deliverable is the license sheet.  You can always
  75. download the latest version of the software from public
  76. shareware libraries such as CICA or SimTel.  However, considering
  77. that in some countries access to Internet or other on-line services
  78. may be difficult, Universal Networks will, upon request, send
  79. a 3.5" diskette together with the license sheet.

  81. You should keep the license sheet in a safe place as it will be 
  82. your proof of purchase.  You must not disclose the registration
  83. checksum to third party to avoid other people from illegally
  84. using your registration number.  If an illegal registered copy
  85. of Universal XTACACS Server software is found, the registration
  86. number will be used to trace where the illegal copy comes from.
